Booking the Venue

Reserving the room for Academic Purposes

1) Please fill out a Room Request form to be submitted to the Office of the Registrar
2) Once your request has been confirmed, contact Natascha Cohen to discuss media needs

**please note: there may be a small charge to support your event if it is outside of standard scheduled operating hours**

Student Groups & Non-academic Campus Organizations

1) Fill out a "Room Request W/Media" form through Orgsync
2) Submit an Event Inquiry form to Natascha Cohen for an estimate.

Student Clubs, Greek Life & Office of Student Life (In addition to the steps above)

3) Complete a 360 Event Planning Guide
4) Attend a Minor Events Meeting.  During the school year, Minor Events meets every Wednesday at noon in the SRB in the OSL conference room


**All submissions must be submitted a minimum of 5 working days before an event. A room confirmation is not confirmation of media support or equipment availability.**

 Reserving the CLAS rooms

Clas has two rooms available for use in Embarcadero Hall, these rooms are number 1108 & 1109.  

Instructional Development does not support these rooms and access to these rooms must be requested through CLAS.  

To request access to either CLAS room in Embarcadero Hall, please download and complete the Space Use form, and return it to CLAS in the SRB.
