Sample Budgets


Campus organizations do not pay any rental fees for use of the spaces, however they are responsible for the equipment and labor costs associated with their venue.  Embarcadero Hall is a fully staffed building.  A Staff Member must be present whenever the building is open.
The following are general estimates for common events held in Embarcadero Hall.  All costs are calculated based on actual equipment and labor usage on event day.

Lecture with Visual Presentation: $340

  • 2 hour show

Digital Movie Screening: $300

  • 2 hour long movie
  • Computer Lectern
  • Sound system
  • Walk-in music

Talent Show with a Band: $500

  • 2 hour long show
  • 1 hour long rehearsal
  • Sound system
  • Sound console
  • Microphones for 2 guitars, drums, and a vocalist
  • 1 handheld microphone for announcements
  • Lighting
  • Staffing
